Siteman Cancer Center
https://siteman.wustl.edu/
The Siteman Cancer Center was formed from a partnership of the Barnes-Jewish Hospital and the Washington University School of Medicine, creating a leader in cancer treatment, research, prevention, education and community outreach. The four locations in the St. Louis area are staffed with world class doctors, scientists and professionals committed to transforming the patient experience. One way they are doing this is by partnering with the Stuart Cancer Center, which will allow patients to stay closer to home while being treated and add valuable members to each patient’s Care Team. This partnership will build a network that can further research and education for physicians, doctors, patients and the public. In 2015, Siteman was awarded an “exceptional” rating from the National Cancer Institute for its programs that offer surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, cancer imaging, genomic and genetic testing, and patient and family services. The Siteman Cancer Center is becoming a world leader in cancer care – one patient at a time.
