What to Expect

We encourage you to bring another person with you to your first appointment. When you arrive at any of our locations, you will find convenient, easy access into our center, even if you require a wheelchair. During your first visit, you should plan to spend at least an hour (some spend longer depending on who they’re seeing), and the appointment may include:

  • meeting and evaluation with your physician
  • tests needed for an accurate diagnosis that will guide your treatment
  • meeting with your nurse and other members of your medical team
  • meeting with your financial counselor to discuss your insurance and billing questions

Forms

During your first visit, you will be asked to complete several forms. To save time for you, we encourage you to print and complete these forms at your convenience and bring them with you to your appointment.
