Missouri Cancer Associates treatment centers are fully stocked with services and amenities for you and your family to enjoy while you are here. If you have a specific need our treatment center does not provide, please let us know.

Wi-Fi

Each treatment center offers free Wi-Fi to all patients and loved ones. When you arrive, please ask the receptionist or your Patient Benefit Representative for access.

Television

All of our treatment facilities offer TVs with cable.

Entertainment

In addition to wifi and cable, Missouri Cancer Associates supplies patients and loved ones with other forms of entertainment. There are books, puzzle stations and games throughout the center. Also, snacks, tea and coffee bars and vending machines are also available.

iPads

New iPads are being installed for your use at the Kirksville location.

Shuttle

Our relationship with Boone Hospital allows our patients to take advantage of a free shuttle to and from the hospital’s campus.

Patient Portal

Missouri Cancer Associates offers a comprehensive different platform for patients to access treatment records and other information they need. Ontada Health provides convenient and secure access to your personal health records.

Ontada Health: Allows access to your Medical Oncology and Chemotherapy records.

Because your personal identity and other information about your health and medical history is available via these portals, it is very important to keep your password private. Choosing to share your username and password with family members or caregivers is your choice. Anyone who has access to your login information can access your medical records in your patient portal.

Please look for an email from Ontada Health, Missouri Cancer Associates after submitting providing us with your email address. For your protection, the link in the email is designed to expire quickly if not used. Choose an email address protecting you from anyone you do not trust. The invitation and enrollment directions will be sent to the email address you provided.

Once your account is established, you will need to save the portal link to your favorites in order to access your information.

Visitation Policy

At Missouri Cancer Associates, our priority is providing patients with optimal care. Our visitation policy is in place to support a healthy and caring atmosphere for our patients.

Missouri Cancer Associates allows patients to have visitors during business hours without regard for race, national origin, ethnicity, religion, cultural values, language, physical or mental disability, socioeconomic status, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity/expression.

Adult patients and parents/guardians of patients who are minors have the right to determine who may or may not visit. This includes, but is not limited to, a spouse, a domestic partner, another family member or friends. They also have the right to determine when visitation may occur.

When necessary, Missouri Cancer Associates may limit or restrict visits to protect patients, visitors, physicians and staff. We ask that visitors be over the age of 12.

Specific units and patient areas within Missouri Cancer Associates may establish set visitation policies and hours.

Child Care

Children are welcome to join you while at Missouri Cancer Associates, but child care is not provided. In addition to bringing children, many patients have found it to be helpful to have another responsible adult along. This allows for someone you trust to care for your child while you are in an appointment or receiving treatment.
